Find your calm. Regain clarity. Restore energy.
Hormonal change can affect far more than your cycle. From sleep, mood and energy to concentration, confidence and your ability to manage stress, perimenopause and the menopause transition can change how you feel in both body and mind. Yet many women reach this stage feeling unprepared, trying to make sense of changing symptoms, conflicting information and what their body actually needs.
PREPARED. is an afternoon designed to change that.
Created by KŌNENKI Wellness × California Yoga in celebration of World Menopause Day, PREPARED. brings together hormonal health and nervous system education with breathwork, meditation, Somatic Yin yoga and sound.
Thoughtfully designed for women entering and navigating the midlife transition, the experience will help you understand what’s changing, learn how to support yourself, and build the confidence and capacity to navigate the hormonal changes of midlife.

Who Will Guide You?

Victoria is a trauma-informed yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher, certified Menopause Coach and founder of KŌNENKI Wellness. Her work centres on nervous system regulation and embodied practice, bringing together Eastern wisdom, modern science and lived experience.
With more than 25 years of personal practice in Eastern wellbeing traditions, Victoria completed her first yoga teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa in Thailand in 2016. This dynamic, breath-led practice became the foundation of her teaching, shaping her appreciation for the connection between movement, breath, focus and presence.
Over time, her practice evolved towards slower, restorative and somatic approaches, leading her to specialise in Trauma-Informed Somatic Yin Yoga alongside further training in trauma-aware breathwork, meditation and facilitation.
Today, Somatic Yin is central to Victoria’s teaching. Rooted in the ancient traditions of Yin Yoga and informed by contemporary neuroscience, her approach integrates longer-held postures, somatic awareness, breath and stillness. Working with the body’s connective tissues and Eastern understanding of meridian pathways and energy, her classes invite participants to slow down and notice sensation — creating space to soften and release, restore a sense of flow and return with greater ease, regulation and capacity.
Breathwork and meditation are woven throughout her teaching, both as standalone practices and alongside movement. This integrated approach allows Victoria to work across the spectrum — from movement and activation to stillness, regulation and deep rest.
Victoria’s own experience of hormonal change led her to found KŌNENKI Wellness, a regulation-first wellbeing brand helping women understand, prepare for and navigate the midlife hormonal transition. Grounded in her belief that preparation changes the experience, KŌNENKI brings together education, practical tools and community to build knowledge, self-awareness and confidence throughout midlife. Her approach recognises the close relationship between hormonal change, the nervous system and emotional wellbeing — placing regulation at the foundation of how she supports women.
Across her classes, workshops and experiences, Victoria brings together movement, breath, stillness and education to help people step out of the noise of modern life and reconnect with themselves — cultivating greater calm, clarity, resilience and capacity.
