la crescita di California Yoga nell ultimo anno mi ha portato a dovermi  strutturare maggiormente a livello organizzativo.

Ho dato mandato ad una società esterna di gestire le presente ai corsi e la gestione degli abbonamenti, per questo motivo vi chiedo di leggere con attenzione i nuovi termini e condizioni per evitare disservizi o altri problemi.

• PRENOTAZIONI

• Tutte le prenotazioni dovranno essere fatte online almeno 24 ore prima del corso.

• La prenotazione online è disponibile sia per  pc che per smartphone. 

• Altri metodi di prenotazioni non saranno gestiti e considerati

• ABBONAMENTI

• Tutti gli abbonamenti dovranno essere acquistati e saldati prima del corso

• Gli abbonamenti sono personali, non trasferibili e non rimborsabili

• Gli abbonamenti di 3 o 6 mesi scadono al termine del periodo

• L'abbonamento di 3 mesi potrà essere sospeso per 1 settimana 

• L'abbonamento di 6 mesi potrà essere sospeso per 2 settimane anche non continuative

• Le sospensioni degli abbonamenti dovranno essere comunicati via email 

• L'abbonamento di 10 lezioni avranno una scadenza di 3 mesi

• L'abbonamento da 10 lezioni potrà essere sospeso per 1 settimana 

• In caso di malattia, gravidanza o infortunio gli abbonamenti potranno essere sospesi allegando alla richiesta via email un certificato medico

• CANCELLAZIONE DEL CORSO DA PARTE DI CALIFORNIA YOGA

• In caso di cancellazione del corso per motivi legati alle insegnati verrà mandata una comunicazione 24 ore prima del corso

Ricordiamo che lo studio chiude durante le festività scolastiche , per la chiusura estiva e la sospensione degli abbonamenti chiediamo di prendere contatto con California Yoga per maggiori informazioni.

I have mandated an external company to manage course attendance and subscription management, for this reason I ask you to carefully read the new terms and conditions to avoid disservices or other problems.

RESERVATIONS

-All reservations must be made online at least 24 hours before the course.

-Online booking is available for both PCs and smartphones.

-Other booking methods will not be managed and considered

SUBSCRIPTIONS

-All subscriptions must be purchased and paid for before the course

-Subscriptions are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable

-3 or 6 month subscriptions expire at the end of the period

-The 3 month subscription may be suspended for 1 week

-The 6-month subscription may be suspended for 2 weeks, e

-The subscription of 10 lessons will have an expiry of 3 months

-The 10-lesson subscription may be suspended for 1 week

-In the event of illness, pregnancy or injury, subscriptions may be suspended by attaching a medical certificate to the email request

CALIFORNIA YOGA COURSE CANCELLATION

-In case of cancellation of the course for reasons related to the teachers, a communication will be sent 24 hours before the course

-We remind you that the studio closes during the school holidays, for the summer closure and the suspension of subscriptions, we ask you to contact California Yoga for more information.
