Release stress and create space in the body and mind, using the principles of yin yoga and its longer holds and emphasis on the breath (pranayama). Find the unparalleled opening and support that only yoga with an aerial hammock can provide in this special offering. We will end the practice with a transformative yoga nidra (guided meditation) practice in savasana, sweetly cocooned in the aerial silk hammock.
