Forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana)and its variation, Scorpion (Vrischikasana) are often intimidating poses for many yoga practitioners; however, using the aerial hammock, we will de-mystify the alignment of these more advanced inversions. We will practice both using the aerial hammock as a prop, and at the wall, using blocks and straps. Includes a heart-opening practice designed to prepare you to safely rock your scorpion.
